AI Enablement for Growing Businesses

Put AI to work. Safely.

Your team is already using AI, or wondering if they should. We help Indianapolis businesses with 10 to 200 employees get real time back from AI, without putting your data at risk.

The problem

Everyone's talking about AI. Few businesses have a plan.

Your team may already be pasting client emails, contracts or spreadsheets into free AI tools. Meanwhile, you're hearing that AI could save hours every week, but nobody has shown you where, or how to do it without creating new risk.

Without a plan, AI shows up one of two ways: unmanaged, with company data going places it shouldn't, or not at all, while competitors move faster.

AI should make your team faster, not your data less safe.

Start here: the AI Readiness Assessment

Know where you stand before you roll anything out.

Every AI engagement starts with an AI Readiness Assessment. We look at how your business works today, where AI can save real time, and what needs to be in place first so your data stays protected.

What we review

  • Your data and permissions. Who can see what, so AI tools don't surface files people shouldn't access.

  • How AI is already being used. Which tools your team is using today, and what information is going into them.

  • Your processes. The repetitive, time-consuming work that's the best fit for AI.

  • Your tools and accounts. Whether your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup is ready to connect AI safely.

What you get

  • A readiness score and a plain-English summary of risks and gaps

  • A short list of the AI opportunities worth doing first, with the time they could save

  • A clear roadmap and a quote for the next steps

Timing: completed in 1–2 weeks.

What we help with next

From readiness to results.

  • AI policy. Clear, practical rules for how your team uses AI: which tools are approved, what information can go into them, and who to ask. Written in plain English so people actually follow it.

  • Process mapping. We map the workflows that eat your team's time, such as proposals, reporting, intake and follow-up, and design how AI can take on the repetitive parts.

  • Claude implementation. We set up Claude for your business, connect it to the tools you already use, configure access and permissions, and build your mapped workflows into it.

  • Team training. Hands-on sessions that show your people how to use AI well in their actual jobs, safely and with good judgment.

Already a managed IT client? We already know your systems, so AI fits on top of the security and accounts we manage for you.

FAQs

Common questions.

Is AI enablement included in managed IT?

No. It's a separate project service. Every engagement starts with the AI Readiness Assessment, and you only move forward with the pieces that make sense for you.

Do we need to be a managed IT client?

No. Any business can start with an AI Readiness Assessment. Managed IT clients get a head start because we already know their systems.

Why Claude?

Because it shapes itself around your business, not the other way around. Claude connects to the tools your team already works in, and we can customize it to fit how you operate. We build shared instructions and skills that capture your processes, your standards and your voice, then roll them out across the whole company. Everyone gets the same quality of help, and it grows with you as your needs change.

Is our data safe when we use AI?

That's the first thing the assessment checks. We clean up permissions, set approved tools and clear rules, and configure business accounts so your information is handled appropriately. We help you set up the controls, and your legal or compliance advisor confirms any regulatory requirements.

Will AI replace my employees?

That's not the goal. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team's plate so they can spend more time on the work that needs people.
