What we manage
Every piece of your network, handled.
Firewalls. Configured, monitored and kept up to date to protect your office from outside threats.
Wi-Fi. Properly placed access points for strong coverage everywhere, with separate secure networks for staff and guests.
Switches and cabling. The wired backbone that connects your office, organized and documented.
Internet service and failover. We work with your internet provider for you, and can add a backup connection, including 5G, so the office stays online if the main line goes down.
Monitoring and alerts. Every firewall, switch and access point is monitored, so we often know about problems before you do.
Security scanning and web filtering. Network devices are scanned for weaknesses, and dangerous websites are blocked at the network.
Ongoing network management is our Infrastructure Management service, priced per location and device and added to your managed IT plan.

Common questions.
Do you install networks, or just manage them?
Both. We design and install new networks, take over existing ones, and manage them every month.
Do we have to use UniFi?
Yes. We build and manage networks on UniFi so everything works together and we can support it fully. If you have other equipment today, we'll plan its replacement as part of the project.
Can you help with our internet provider?
Yes. We deal with your internet provider for you, from outages to upgrades, and can add a backup connection so a single outage doesn't stop the office.
What does network management cost?
It's priced per location and per device, and added to your monthly managed IT plan. Installation projects are quoted separately.
